{ 1:27 PM on 'Wish.' } I only have one wish that I always keep here in my heart, which is to spend my life with you. Remember walking on that old street, where we talked lot of things, arms linked and sharing laughter's together. Always here in my side, wiping my tears when I'm crying, and catching me when I'm falling. Showing me how to smile no matter what problems lies ahead, teaching me to be tough and fight those obstacles away. Like a shield that always protecting me, served as a light that keeps shining through out my darkest way. { 5:50 PM on 'Earth Day' } Today is EARTH DAY! Countries all over the world will participate in this very important day. Here in Philippines, we will celebrate it by turning our lights off for 1 hour (8:30 - 9:30 PM); it is our gift to mother earth, although this is simple way showing care to our planet, it's a big way to save Earth. We're experiencing Global Warming because of the pollution; we need to take actions for us to save the world. "Our planet is dying we need to save and take care of it for the next generations." { 12:40 PM on 'My life without you.' } Sometimes I'd like to feel happy but my lips wouldn't smile. I want to cry but my tears won't shed. I want to make the time stop but it still functions continuously. I want to fly but everyone is dragging me down. I want to make my world colorful but only black and white are the colors I see. I want to accomplish my goals in life but a lot of hindrances appear on my way. I want to be noticed, but I still appear invisible for them. I want to make things right but it seems wrong for others. I want to have a wonderful dream, but instead I'm having a nightmare. { 12:18 PM on 'Battle Royale.' } Battle Royal movie 1 "At the dawn of the Millennium, the nation collapsed. At 15% unemployment, 10 million were out of work, 800,000 students boycotted school. The adults lost confidence, and fearing the youth, eventually passed the 'Millennium Educational Reform Act'"AKA: The BR Act. In the year 2000 the Japanese government passes the "Battle Royal" act to deal with out-of-control juvenile delinquency. This act decrees that once a year a class of 9th graders is chosen at random, stranded on a small island, and armed with random weapons. Each year, 50 randomly selected classes of middle-school students are forced to take arms against one another until only one student in each class remains, the kids are also outfitted with un-removable necklaces that monitor their location and life functions, and explode if more than one student is alive at the end of 72 hours. This is a great Japanese film based on the novel of the same name and directed by Kinji Fukasaku. It was written by Kenta Fukasaku, and stars Takeshi Kitano and Tatsuya Fujiwara. Battle Royal (Requiem) sequel of movie 1, survivors of previous Battle Royals, led by Shuya Nanahara (the hero of the first film), have formed a terrorist group called "Wild Seven". As in the first film, a class of teenagers from Shikanotoride Junior High School are kidnapped by the Japanese government and force them to fight against "Wild Seven". Summaries Battle Royal 1 is one of the best film I've ever watch, Imagine you need to kill your classmates to be able to survive; you must kill or be killed, "Have you ever killed your best friend?" Battle Royal 2 is kinda different, same story students have been kidnapped and force them to fight, but this time they are put into 'pairs'; if one student dies, then his or her 'pair' will also die because of the metal collars set to a certain frequency. Feedback: "I've already watch this two groggy and brutal film last three years ago, and it was a great film, I want to watch it again since I saw it's trailer again, too bad I can't find a site where can I download this movie." { 11:28 AM on 'Goodbye King of Pinoy Rap (Francis M.)' } Francis Magalona died Friday at the Medical City in Pasig City at the age of 44; He passed away at 12 noon, due to multiple organ failure “secondary to severe sepsis and secondary to pneumonia.” according to a hospital source. Magalona, considered as a major pillar of rap music in the country, was diagnosed with leukemia in August 2008. He is survived by his wife Pia Arroyo and children Unna, Nicolo, Francis Jr., Elmo, Arkin, Clara, and actresses Maxene and Saab. He was a prominent Filipino rapper, song writer, producer, actor, director, photographer, Entertainer and an inspiration to us all.
